These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ahreum.ai website and, together with any executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, the services provided by Ahreum LLC ("Ahreum," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you have signed a separate written agreement with Ahreum, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Ahreum provides AI-powered workflow automation services for businesses, including integrations with point-of-sale, payment, and communications systems. Access to the platform is provided under separate written agreements between Ahreum and each client.
Program description. Ahreum sends text messages for service notifications, order and appointment updates, demo scheduling, account alerts, and customer care responses to individuals who have opted in.
Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages from Ahreum by providing your phone number through our website, in writing, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@ahreum.ai.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of our clients, or interfere with the operation of our services.
The ahreum.ai website, the Ahreum name, wordmarks, and logos, and all software, content, and materials we provide are owned by Ahreum LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written agreement with us. Client data remains the property of the respective client as provided in our client agreements.
Our services interoperate with third-party platforms such as point-of-sale and payment systems. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
THE WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SERVICE-LEVEL COMMITMENTS FOR CLIENTS, IF ANY, ARE STATED EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITTEN CLIENT AGREEMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHREUM LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY FOR CLIENT SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN CLIENT AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahreum LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
