1. Program description

Ahreum LLC ("Ahreum," "we") operates an SMS program that delivers messages from Ahreum to its own staff and testers, and to prospective customers who request a product demonstration at ahreum.ai/demo. Messages may include demo scheduling and account notifications, clearly labeled sample notifications that illustrate what the Ahreum platform sends, and replies to inquiries you send us. Restaurants that use the Ahreum platform message their own customers under their own separately registered programs and terms; this page does not govern those programs.

2. Consent and opt-in

You receive messages from this program only if you have opted in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on the demo request form at ahreum.ai/demo. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions. You will not receive recurring marketing messages unless you have separately and expressly opted in to them.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan. Ahreum does not charge for receiving messages.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

8. Supported carriers and liability

The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
