Ahreum LLC ("Ahreum," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered workflow automation services for businesses, with a focus on the hospitality industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit ahreum.ai, communicate with us, or use our services.
When businesses use our platform, we process operational data on their behalf — such as order, transaction, inventory, and customer service data from connected point-of-sale and payment systems — as a service provider under our agreements with those businesses. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement with each client.
Our website collects minimal technical information, such as aggregate visit counts and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties for any purpose.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Ahreum, we use your phone number solely to deliver the messages you signed up for, such as service notifications, appointment or demo reminders, and customer care responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP. See our Terms of Service for full SMS program terms.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
For clarity, and consistent with Section 3, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client operational data is retained according to the terms of our client agreements and deleted or returned upon termination as those agreements provide.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, per-client credential isolation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
